The meals are tasty, healthy, and easy to prepare.  

 

You’ll have 7 different menus, customizable through the interactive SabbaiFit app.  

 

On your profile, you’ll see your daily menu with a detailed breakdown of ingredients and quantities.  

 

Depending on your goals, I’ll adjust the menu, your calories, and your macronutrients.  

 

**Vegetarian menus are available.**  

Training

Do your workouts from the comfort of your home or at the gym, alone or with friends.

 

You’ll have 4 training sessions per week, each lasting around 30 minutes. Short and effective!  

 

Your program will be displayed on your app, where you can follow videos with proper technique, reps, and even rest times. Pop me a message if you have a question about the right technique.

 

Your level, available equipment, and main goal will all be taken into account.
